The four steps to creating your slice of haven

Your contract details your purchase, along with upgrades and change orders. Before you sign, our sales associate will ensure everything’s on track to deliver a home tailored to your requirements. Our expert team will handle all the other paperwork so you can focus on your creative vision.
02. Create
Start from scratch with your own concept, or use one of our premium plans to customize blueprints. We work closely with designer Sue Jory, who can help you choose the materials that will make your vision a reality. So, whether you work directly with our in-house draftsperson and designers, or you already have someone in mind – we want to help create something unique and utterly you.

03. Craftsmen
Our network of tradespeople and contractors consists of the best in class to ensure premium work is a given. Throughout every step – from concrete, framing, drywalling, and plumbing to electrical, HVAC and painting – we certify you’re satisfied with the quality of workmanship. During the build, planned site visits mean you can check on the progress.
